BAGHDAD / The deputy of the coalition of the rule of law, high Nassif, on Monday, the governor of Basra, Asaad al-Eidani to address one of the States individually without reference to the central government, calling on Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to stop the persistence of some local governments.
"The prime minister should make official contacts with countries exclusively by the central government and its external and official diplomatic channels. No province has the right to address countries except through the center," Naseef said in a statement received by Iraq News.
She added that "foreign policy is the center of the center, and the prime minister must stop this obstinacy by some local governments," criticizing "the governor of Basra As'ad al-Eidani address one of the States individually without reference to the central government." Finished
