The governor of the province of Diyala province of Diyala, on Friday, the flow of strong floods towards the eastern areas of the province, noting the announcement of the state of extreme alert.
The director of the district Mazen Khuzaie said in a press statement that "a strong Seoul flowing from the Iraqi-Iranian border headed towards the valley of Tarqas border in the outskirts of the Caspian and is moving strongly."
He added that "the state of extreme alert was announced in anticipation of any emergency."
