    A political source informed, on Sunday, a meeting between the special committee formed by the Iraqi Council of Ministers to study the law of the general budget for the year 2019, on Monday, with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, indicating that the Kurdish party nine demands will be taken by the Federal Council of Ministers Decision after discussing the draft budget law.
    The source told the twilight news that the meeting was scheduled to be held today, but the travel of the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives led to the postponement of the meeting, is scheduled to be held at 11 am on Monday morning.
    He pointed out that the Kurdish party has nine main demands, most notably the reference to the entity of the Kurdistan Region by name, while referring to the draft resolution of the current budget as governorates.
    He added that among Kurdish demands is to increase the share of the Kurdistan Region in the Iraqi public budget to 17%, and provide budget for the Peshmerga forces and training, and provide grants to the families of the martyrs and victims of Anfal and chemical bombardment and political prisoners, and the allocation of emergency budget and in particular to cope with natural disasters.
    It is noteworthy that the Kurds, Sunnis and Arabs, the sockets on the draft federal budget law for the year 2019.
