The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, where many issues were discussed on the agenda and issued several important decisions.
Abdul-Mahdi's office said in a statement that "the Council of Ministers decided during its meeting today, to approve the unification of customs tariffs at all border crossings, including the Kurdistan region."
He also added that "the Council approved the amendment of the Council of Ministers' decision on the date of interest payments from loans to contractors in order to support their work."
