Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasimi said in a press statement on Tuesday that Iran was not planning to design or manufacture missiles with nuclear warheads.
He stressed that Iran does not put its defense plans on the basis of concern and unfounded statements from some countries of the world, adding that Iran's missile system is deterrent and part of Iran's defense programs can not be stopped.

He called on European countries to act more consciously.
He stressed that Iran's missile program is not contrary to UN resolution 2231, issued in July 2015 to support the agreement on Iran's nuclear program.
This comes after Britain and France on Monday requested a closed session of the UN Security Council to discuss the subject of Iranian missile tests. End 25 n
