US court refuses to apply Trump on asylum

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A US appeals court has defeated President Donald Trump when he refused to allow his application to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country.
A San Francisco court judge issued an order temporarily restricting asylum rules nationwide, Reuters news agency reported in a news item. The Justice Ministry described the ruling as absurd. "
"Trump cited the disgruntled immigration system for his recent announcement that officials would deal only with asylum applications for immigrants who present themselves at official entry points, while civil rights groups filed lawsuits, saying Trump's 9 November order violated Immigration law ".
The Justice Ministry spokesman declined to comment but confirmed a previous statement that the policy was a logical exercise of Trump's authority. Ending / 25 z
