(KUNA) - Kuwait's Amir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah congratulated Iraq on what he described as the latest developments.
"We congratulate the brothers in Iraq on recent political and security developments," Al Sabah said in a speech at the Gulf summit in Saudi Arabia.
He said in another file that his country "is keen on a good relationship with Iran within the international agreements, which is keen not to interfere in the internal affairs."
