    Information / special ...
announced the Security and Defense Committee in Parliament on Saturday, its intention to recommend to the government and to discuss currency security companies operating in Iraq to monitor their work and knowledge of foreign engagements.
"There are many security companies operating in Iraq that provide protections to political figures, companies and banks, their movements are unknown, in addition to their sources of funding and their links," said committee member Abbas Ismaili.
He added that "the Commission is about to open the files of the work of those companies in Iraq during the upcoming meetings and study their presence and movements," noting that "the Committee will raise a recommendation to the government and security ministries to monitor the work and movements and links of those security companies."
He pointed out that "the committee will work to regulate the work of companies and know if some have links to the intelligence of countries or other bodies."
