    [rtl]The Baghdad Provincial Council revealed on Tuesday that there are 700 projects in the capital awaiting completion since 2013, pointing out that these projects need a huge budget in order to complete them.[/rtl]


    [rtl]A member of the provincial council, Gosuma Azerjawi in a press statement, "The budget of the province of Baghdad amounted in 2013 more than 2 trillion dinars and a half, which was launched during that period 700 projects."[/rtl]


    [rtl]"Projects include the construction of schools, three hospitals, road coverings, a sewage network, a suspension train, and projects related to the construction of schools, Water and other infrastructure ".[/rtl]


    [rtl]Azzergawi said that "the province does not have debts, but there are funds for contractors to be delivered to them in accordance with the agreement and contract received under which funds allocated to projects when reaching a certain percentage."[/rtl]
