    The Minister of Trade, Mohammed Hashim al-Ani, on Tuesday, the new mechanisms to involve the private sector in government programs related to the formulation of trade policy and linking it with his international counterpart in the establishment of investment partnerships for reconstruction and infrastructure development. 
    This came during a meeting with the President and members of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce.
    Minister Al-Ani said during the meeting that "the next stage requires more cooperation and coordination between the state institutions and the private sector and its representative in the Federation of Chambers of Commerce to find a mechanism to push the work of this sector and contribute to the development of laws relating to business, especially as this sector has solid ground For development and partnership with the regional and international counterpart after increasing the expertise of the staff. "Al-Ani stressed" the readiness of the Ministry of Commerce to assist the private sector and the legitimate unions it represents by providing the appropriate environment to play its role and participation in the preparation of laws and decisions that contribute to drawing up Commercial Aceh of the country as well as very careful to represent him in all bilateral joint committees to develop Iraq's trade and economic relations of the countries of the world. "
    For his part, the President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, Abdul Razzaq Al-Zuhairi, expressed "the importance of coordination and consultation during the next phase with the aim of developing a new vision for commercial reality. The private sector should be a priority in the performance of trade and investment tasks. To contain and attract the aspirations of businessmen and traders in the reconstruction. " 
    Al-Zuhairi pointed to "a number of observations concerning the relationship between the Ministry of Commerce and members of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce in Iraq, including facilitating their duties in obtaining import and export certificates, supporting specialized exhibitions in the provinces and participating in the Baghdad International Fair. Import and data through the private sector and the proposal to establish a specialized seminar to find new mechanisms to support the private sector and investment companies.
