    A member of the Committee on oil and energy parliamentary, Ali Aboudi, Tuesday, that the revenues of Kirkuk oil reach Baghdad and not granted to the Kurdistan region, indicating that the budget has not yet been resolved and may be subject to other amendments with regard to allocations allocated to the provinces.
    "All revenues go to Baghdad, including Kirkuk oil imports, where all the provinces receive their share of revenues through Baghdad, so the Kirkuk oil revenues are not granted to Kurdistan," Abboudi said in a statement.
    He added that "all revenue is added to the budget, where the revenues of oil source in total in Baghdad and the Ministry of Finance, and then distributed to the provinces according to the budget law and the share of each province."

    The leader of the new generation movement Mohammed Raouf, Monday, that not include Kirkuk oil within the budget next year a clear and explicit violation.
    "The Kirkuk oil is the right of all Iraqis and not the monopoly of a particular party in the Kurdistan region," Rauf said.
    He added that "not to include export money from Kirkuk oil to Baghdad and go to corrupt Kurdish political parties can not be tolerated and those who cover up these details is contrary to the law and the Constitution."
