Baghdad: A deputy of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Massoud Barzani, to investigate the way to vote in the passage of the candidate for the Ministry of Education (Shaima Hayali) parliamentary session on Sunday.
"The questioning of the validity of the vote on the candidates of the ministerial cab, is dangerous and must be investigated, and if necessary must resort to the Federal Court and the activation of electronic voting of the House of Representatives," Mohammed Shaker told the {Euphrates News}. 
He added that "the beginning of the formation of the government was where everyone is optimistic to give up the blocks for the largest bloc and the appointment of Adel Abdul-Mahdi as prime minister as a candidate for settlement, but the dispute erupted in the distribution of ministerial cab and demanding the election." 
"The government has been convinced in 3 ministries of the Democratic Party, but the party gave up its rights in the Ministry of Justice in support of the acceleration in the formation of the government and the nomination of an independent person and does not have No objection to that. "
Shaker stressed that "obtaining the election is legitimate but the interest of the citizen is more important," stressing that "the demand for electoral eligibility in the Cabinet cab is not a disgrace." 
He called on "everyone to stand with Abdul Mahdi and continue to support him to complete his cabin and start implementing his program." 
The House of Representatives, has voted on Monday to pass the {Shaima Hayali] candidate for Khamis Khanjar, head of the Arab project of the Ministry of Education. 
There was considerable doubt in the mechanism of voting on the district and not counted. 
"The candidate of the Ministry of Education (Shaima Hayali) did not get enough votes to pass," said MP of the Reform and Reconstruction bloc, noting that "the speaker of the parliament bears responsibility for this, in addition to preventing him from passing the [Faisal al-Jarba] ​​to the Ministry of Defense."
Al-Mafraji added: "We do not recognize the passing of the [Hayali] because there are real doubts about the number of votes of deputies and we saw that it did not get enough votes, unlike the [Jerba], which got more votes than this and was the will of the Speaker of Parliament [Muhammad Halabusi] We trust these measures and this has brought us into a new confrontation in the House of Representatives. " 
For his part, announced the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction strongly worded on what happened in the session (parliament) on Monday, and considered it "a blatant violation of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives by the presidency of the Council in the mechanism of counting votes for candidates vacant ministries."
The political body of the coalition considered that "a serious situation threatens the stability of the parliamentary performance and make the House of Representatives dependent on personal will, confirming the clarity of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives that the calculation of votes are made by the House of Representatives and then the Presidency declares the result of the vote can not be appointed President to determine the majority Or not. "
