A deputy submits a request to Halaboussi regarding the allocation of health professionals

Al-Saadi said that all medical and health staff of doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/68223/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%87%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D8%AD%D9%8A%D8%A9]health professionals[/url] work in the same institution at the same level of risk of injury to infectious and hazardous diseases resulting from the work environment and direct contact with the patient.
The Ministry of Health distinguishes between its staff. Doctors, dentists and pharmacists were given a 100% risk allocation. The rest of the health and nursing staff were given a 50% risk allocation without any justification or criterion for this discrepancy.
He added that the number of graduates in the Ministry of Health has been subjected to injustice in terms of the proportion of risk that is not commensurate with the nature of their work, noting that they were subjected to unfairness in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (344 in 2011), which excluded the Ministry of Health from research service allocations, amounting to 50% ) To holders of higher degrees.
Following the request of Saadi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halabousi, working to study the request by the Parliamentary Health Committee to take the necessary action on the subject.
