Launch of the fourth meal for families benefiting from social welfare benefits

BAGHDAD / The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Bassem Abdul-Zaman announced the launch of the fourth meal for families benefiting from the social welfare allowance of more than 138 thousand families.
The minister said during a press conference held at the ministry's headquarters that "the launch of the fourth meal came after overcoming the challenges that accompanied the stages of inclusion since 2016 and thanks to the efforts of the staff of the Protection Authority and the ministry's staff, thus bringing the total beneficiary families of the subsidy salary of one million and 350 thousand families.
He pointed out that "the names will be announced through the website of the Ministry starting on Wednesday, 2019/1/2, indicating that the door of the objection will be open to families that have submitted for inclusion and did not appear names, and will be considered objections according to the law.
It is noteworthy that the third and fourth meals were launched after securing the financial allocations as allocated in the state budget. Finished
