Under the title No to the adventure of the economy Iraq, warned the head of the parliamentary solution bloc Jamal Karbouli, on Thursday, linking the fate of the Iraqi dinar currencies lower than the value of it.

Karbouli said in a tweet on his personal site in Twitter, followed by / orbit, that he 'warns of linking the fate of the Iraqi dinar in other currencies lower than it'.

The head of the block solution, that 'this linkage will have serious consequences for our economy', while directing his speech to the responsible authorities 'No to the adventure of the Iraqi economy'.  LINK

MilitiaMan:  My take away is this. Okay, he is concerned the IQD will be LINKED with other currencies, that may or do have less value. Not my problem.. As what he just said, tells me the cat is out of the bag in that they are going to be linked to other currencies internationally.

His concerns are valid, as the IQD is imo more valuable than other currencies in the Basket of the AMF..

Alak, even has said so, in so many words in his interview of recent, imo. The above regardless of the negative slant, is not at all, it is supporting that view they have significant value.

Why peg to the AMF / AAD when they are all inferior in the real asset valuation based on Iraq's assets? My view on that matters not. If it comes out at AAD / IMF #'s? I am one happy camper, if they come out above that? Hold the Door Alice!! lol imo ~ MM

MilitiaMan: So now let that set in. We have learned that after meetings in the finance or banking realm that post meeting there is a "" 72 hour quiet time for those that were in them for reasons of their own.

The point is 72 hours since Mahdi was in DC (imo 12/29) is well past now. The banks have had time to season that data if relevant. The man above just imo said so.. He is worried about what has happened and can talk about it.. Might be on deaf ears.. lol But it shows the theme at hand, in that he is concerned.

Think about this since we learned about Twinning.. A mirroring, if you will, or working side by side in a mentor capacity even. Share the expertise and then once shared all can be on an equal playing field. Transparency, money movement, payments, accounting, etc. Sound familiar?

Imo The guy above just got the real story, maybe a few days late.. lol

Rightfully so he is concerned on how they link their new currency, he wants all he can get.. I don't blame him!! We shall see what happens, and all in my opinion!! WOW ~ MM

I couldnt make this stuff up, and yes, IMO

The charity Barzani Foundation announced on Thursday that it had carried out a total of 8009 activities during the past year 2018.  The head of the Foundation, Musa Ahmed, told a press conference that these activities benefited more than one million families.

On its work plans for the current year, the head of the foundation said that the new work year includes plans for the implementation of a number of projects, including the project of special needs for widows and widows to implement them. The timing of the Trade Bank of Iraq twining with the USA Central Banks is no coincidence either. Deals are all about trade and transferring of money around the World.

Interlinking the IQD as the article shows us that there is concern I ra would be linked to currencies of lesser value..

In other words they told us they are going to link up.That is what imo twinning is all about!!.. Imo, this may be old news in fact that was yesterday.. lol ~ imo ~ MM

Samson:  China-US trade negotiations will take place on January 7 and 8 in China

Announced that the Chinese Ministry of Commerce on Friday that China - US trade negotiations will take place on 7 and 8 of this January, in China.

"China and the United States held telephone talks at the level of the two deputy ministers on Friday morning, during which they affirmed that the US delegation will visit China on January 7-8," the statement said.

The trade war between China and the United States of America began after July 6, while the reciprocal tariffs of the two countries entered into force. The United States imposed a 25 percent import duty on 818 products from China, amounting to 34 billion US dollars annually.  For its part and countermeasures, China on the same day imposed a 25 percent customs duty on the import of an equal amount of American goods.

Trump and the Chinese president at the G20 summit in Argentina agreed at the end of November to a moratorium on customs duties on Chinese imports worth $ 200 billion a year from 10 percent to 25 percent.

The increase was due to take effect on 1 January. The agreement is in effect as long as there are talks between the two countries to conclude a trade deal.    LINK
