    The coalition of state law headed by Nuri al-Maliki, on Tuesday, the government of former Prime Minister Haider Abadi, "neglect" the implementation of the agreement to remove US forces, attributing to that because they took place under Maliki.
    "There are foreign forces to this moment in Iraq, despite the existence of an agreement to withdraw US forces and signed by the leader of the coalition Nuri al-Maliki in 2011," said coalition spokesman Abbas al-Moussawi in a statement received.
    He added that "the agreement reached for the removal of US forces neglected from the previous government and to this moment did not implement the Convention and follow up correctly," noting that "did not take the agreement to exit US forces from Iraq, echoing the media and political welcome because it took place under Maliki."
