    Parliament member Iqbal Abdul-Hussein Al-Madhai proposed on Saturday to Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to reduce the retirement age for the employees of the Ministry of Education, noting that the strike of 6 thousand free lectures in Wasit could create a disaster in the educational institutions in the province.
    "These oppressed lecturers throughout Iraq, including Wasit province, have despaired of finding a solution to their problem after they signed a pledge not to ask them to hire Ministry of Education officials, salaries or rights," Al-Mathai said in a statement.
