Al-Nouri said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the political blocs with great regret did not agree until the moment to end the file of the remaining ministries in order to move to other files important to provide services to citizens," noting that "the political blocs continued discussions over the previous period, but did not arrive until the moment To a political agreement on the candidates of the remaining ministries. "


Al-Nouri added that "the House of Representatives is preoccupied with the current period of the issue of the federal budget, the focus on the issue of the remaining ministries is somewhat less," pointing out that "Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi did not send to date any new names for candidates of the remaining ministries except for the former name of the Ministry of Interior Faleh Fayad, Justice and Defense, even at the moment did not agree on specific candidates within the components of the Sunniand Kurdish. 

Al-Nuri called on Abdul-Mahdi to "send the names available to him and that he is convinced of it because the end is to take responsibility for the success or failure of his government, and the survival of things in the ongoing recession is not true and will not serve the political process."
