The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Tuesday that more than 10,000 people had fled a pocket controlled by a pro-Syrian organization.
More than 10,000 people, most of them children, have fled the enclave to the east of Syria since Friday, the group said.
For its part, the Syrian Democratic Forces said that thousands of families of Daqash fighters are still stuck in the last pocket of the organization in Deir al-Zour.
The troops said they did not enter the enclave to protect civilians.
