A member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Nada Shaker, Sunday, that the budget approved by the parliament has been sent to the government and is still under discussion and not sent to the Presidency of the Republic for ratification, likely to the government to appeal some paragraphs, especially paragraphs created by the House of Representatives and which entail additional funds.
Shaker said in a statement to the Information Committee that after the adoption of the budget by the House of Representatives sent to the government, "The government is still studying the paragraphs obtained by changes as well as the transfers that were recycled during the discussions and still the budget law of the government and did not send to Presidency of the Republic for ratification. "
"The issue of recycling and transfer of funds from one side to another constitutional right, but the addition of additional funds through the introduction of new paragraphs remains the government's conviction of keeping or challenged by the Federal Court."
"The Council of Ministers will appeal in particular to the paragraphs that require an additional financial burden," Judt said. Ending / 25
