Maysan is laying the foundation stone to create about 4,000 housing units

The governor of Maysan Ali Douai, on Monday, laid [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/83260/%D8%AD%D8%AC%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B3]the foundation stone for the[/url] project of the construction of (3812) horizontal housing units through investment.
"The project is located on the road (Amara / Bitira) and will be implemented by two Chinese and Lebanese companies," Duai said in a statement published by the official newspaper "Al-Sabah". He said that the project was attended by the Chairman of the Investment Authority Sami Araji and the directors of the Chinese and Lebanese companies Deputies and vice-chairman of the provincial council and directors of service departments. "
He pointed out that "the importance of the project in terms of the number of housing units and the type of services included in the project, which will be implemented on an area of (652) dunums and will provide (3812) housing units integrated services such as water and sanitation, streets, electricity, parks and public services such as schools, health clinic, police station, Markets, sports club, parking lots and more, as well as provide jobs for the people of the province. "
He added that "the conditions and procedures that accompanied the contract went smoothly, calling on everyone to give the necessary support and full to make the project a successful contribution to resolve part of the housing crisis."
