[rtl]The Munich Security Report 2019 revealed that the Middle East arms imports for the weak between 2013 and 2017, compared to the five years earlier.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report comes ahead of the Munich Security Conference on February 15-17, with the participation of heads of state, government and defense ministers from 80 countries around the world.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report shows that 53 percent of arms exports to the Middle East were from the United States, 11 percent from France, 10 percent from the United Kingdom and 2 percent from Turkey.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report also highlights the fact that the EU has played no role in the future of Syria after the United States announced its withdrawal from Syria and the great role played by Russia, Iran and Turkey.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report warned of a "risk of engagement" in the Middle East between Saudi Arabia, America, Israel and Iran, and that the clash could erupt in Yemen, the Arabian Gulf or Iraq.[/rtl]

[rtl]The report also said that if the current world order is disturbed, important countries in the European Union such as France, Britain and Germany will play a role in maintaining stability in their region.[/rtl]
