Minister of Industry discusses with Razzaz the recent agreements between Iraq and Jordan[/rtl]

(KUNA) - Jordanian Prime Minister Omar al-Razzaz on Saturday met with Minister of Industry and Trade Saleh al-Jubouri and Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Tariq al-Hammouri and Jordanian Ambassador in Baghdad Montasser al-Aqla.
The meeting discussed ways to improve the economic and trade relations between the two countries and the importance of implementing the agreements reached between the two sides, including the activation of the Iraqi cabinet decision adopted in 2017 exempting the list of Jordanian goods from customs duties which are not produced in Iraq or produced by Iraq. And exemptions for goods and goods imported through the port of Aqaba of 75 percent of the fees charged by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority and the establishment of the Joint Economic Zone on the border area between the two sides.
