Michael Schaeffer, World Bank Resident Representative in Libya, said the focus was on inclusive services to address the migration crisis. The World Bank will also participate in the Government Migration Task Force as a platform for dialogue of a range of international institutions and organizations to develop common policies and coordinate activities to address the international dimensions of the crisis.
