    The customs authority of the border will adopt the ratifications of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the country of origin or the intermediary country on certificates of origin and commercial invoices for imported goods when it is not possible to obtain the ratifications of Iraqi commercial attachés. 
    The Authority said in a statement that "this was based on the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 336 of 2018, which includes the adoption of the recommendations of the Iraqi Economic Development Conference, which paragraph (5) of the first axis of the (not to require certification of the certificate of origin and invoices in the commercial attaches and only the ratification Chamber of Commerce and Industry In the country of origin or intermediary country "). 
    The Authority said that it had already directed all its customs centers in 2018/9/17 with the contents of this resolution with the aim of simplifying procedures for the clearance of imported goods through all federal border crossing points for the public and private sectors and that the decision is still in effect.
