Justice refers employees to the Integrity Commission for causing the waste of 16 billion dinars

Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice Karim al-Ghazi confirmed that two employees have been referred to [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/286/%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D8%B2%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%A9]the Integrity Commission for[/url]exaggerating the value of the property that was mortgaged to the Agricultural Bank and recommending the recovery of 16 billion dinars, representing the amount of the loan disbursed to the said property.
Ghazi said in a press statement that one of the staff referred to [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/286/%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D8%B2%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%A9]the Integrity Commission[/url] did not take into consideration the registration of the real estate in the estimate of the value of the property of three thousand acres in the province of Diwaniyah, the value of one dunam 750 thousand dinars, while the estimated value of 15 million dinars per dunam One, explaining that "on the impact of the property was assessed at 45 billion dinars, which covers the value of the loan from [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/7144/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%81 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B9%D9%8A]the Agricultural[/url] Cooperative [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/7144/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%81 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B9%D9%8A]Bank[/url] of 16 billion dinars, and received by the beneficiaries of the bank.
The Inspector General added that "the second employee was neglected in his duties, by not identifying the location of the property in the record of the disclosure, the estate was marked as agricultural land adjacent to the municipality of Al-Badir, while in fact is just barren land and sand dunes far from the municipal boundaries" .
He pointed out that "disciplinary sanctions have been directed against violators, referred to the Integrity Commission, and recommend the recovery of the amount of 16 billion dinars."
