He added that "the plots of land (300 m2) are sold to the rest of the citizens at an amount of JD (250) per square meter, in addition to the amount of services (75000) dinars per square meter, paid in three installments under the controls issued by the Ministry of Construction, In coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the lifting of controls to the Prime Minister for decision. "

The Council pointed out that "the units are distributed to the provinces under the controls issued by the ministry above, the province of Basra (8000) housing units, Baghdad governorate (8000) housing units, Nineveh (4000) housing units, Dhi Qar (2000) 1000) housing units for each of the provinces of Maysan, Muthanna, Diwaniyah, Wasit, Najaf, Ashraf, Karbala, Babil, Anbar, Salahuddin, Diyala and Kirkuk.
The Council affirmed that "the distribution of residential plots in the areas under the jurisdiction of the judges or the members of the public prosecution shall continue according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. He also stressed "the continuation of the distribution of residential plots of land to the categories covered by the laws and decisions in force on the provision of services for the above mentioned parts of the budget of the province or the institution concerned."
