Committee member Nada Shaker said in a press statement: "The Investment Committee is determined to amend a large number of the terms of the Convention, including the comprehensive exemption of goods from fees."
"The exemption of all goods coming from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] from customs duties and taxes is tantamount to making [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] a market for the disposal of consumer goods," she said. "The Iraqi government is unable to completely cancel the agreement with [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ."
