confirmed the follow - up committee of the government program of parliamentary member Raed Fahmi, Monday, Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi , will begin to replace the five thousand degrees and careers by proxy before the end of next June, between that most of those grades are assigned according to the narrow political quotas. 
Fahmi said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that Abdul-Mahdi will begin to replace five thousand functional degrees by proxy for the post of Undersecretary, Director General and Administrative Assistant and Chairman of the Authority before the end of next June. He pointed out that the replacement of these grades comes within the legal obligation of the Prime Minister The termination of portfolio management in agencies is included in the 2019 budget. "
He added that "most of the special grades were assigned according to the narrow political quotas, which worked to steal public money and expand the scourge of administrative and financial corruption," noting that "Abdul Mahdi will be under great pressure to stay some positions, but he told all political blocs not to bow to any attempt to pressure hinder the replacement of those Grades ". 
He pointed out that "Abdul-Mahdi is working at the moment to complete the mechanism of replacement and selection of replacements for those special positions in accordance with competence and standards related to the post," explaining that "replacing these grades is the first stages of combating corruption and eliminate it." 
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Abdul Mahdi prepared lists of the names of three thousand employees in various government departments, ranging degrees between Assistant Director-General and Deputy Minister, in preparation for their replacement. End 25 T
