    [rtl]Amazon.com confirmed on Thursday its plan to build a network of more than 3,000 satellites through the Kiper project to provide high-speed Internet access. The company said the project would launch a range of satellites in low Earth orbit to provide high-speed Internet access Those who lack access to the basic broadband Internet service around the world. The details of the project were presented to the United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU) last month.
