The head of the Association of private banks Abdul Aziz Hassoun said in an interview to the "long", that "smart cards such as MasterCard and Visa Card you need to market smart you are dealing with," adding that "cash is characteristic of the tyrant in financial transactions," noting that "other tools used to dealing financial Kalptaqat Smart disappeared completely in the Iraqi market. "
