    BAGHDAD - 
    The leader of the Islamic Dawa Party, Khalaf Abdul Samad, revealed the refusal of the party to enter the US forces to Iraq to topple the regime of Saddam, while pointing out that he asked Washington to provide him with intelligence information about the regime, accusing Americans of preventing state building 
    . "The Dawa Party opposed the entry of Americans to Iraq to topple Saddam," the TV said. "The party asked the Americans to provide us with intelligence about Saddam but they refused." 
    "The Americans were the ones who brought Saddam back to power after the Shaaban uprising and the fall of 14 Iraqi provinces," he said, adding that "America played a negative role in Iraq after 2004 and prevented the building of the state properly." 
    On the American military presence in Iraq, Abdul Samad said that "the issue of the American presence in the hands of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi." Ending / 25
