The statement said that "the Council of Ministers approved the recommendations of the Committee formed pursuant to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (23) for the year 2019 on auditing the statements submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the procedures used to compensate for damage caused by bird flu."
The statement pointed out that "the Council of Ministers approved the opening of a Philippine consulate to Iraq in the province of Arbil, and the opening of the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia to Iraq in the province of Najaf in exchange for the opening of an Iraqi consulate in Dammam Saudi Arabia, the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Toronto Canada, and the establishment of the Office of the United Nations Assistance Mission Iraq (UNAMI) in the province of Nineveh.
