Egyptian Minister of Planning and Follow-up Hala Al-Saeed announced Wednesday that she was in agreement with her Iraqi counterpart, Nuri al-Dulaimi, on transferring Egypt's population to Iraq.
"Discussions were held on how the State of Iraq can benefit from the Egyptian experience in four main areas," Hala said in an interview with local Egyptian newspapers, in a joint meeting on the sidelines of the Arab Forum for Sustainable Development in 2019.
"Egypt will host the delegation of the State of Iraq by the end of April and will work to provide any assistance from the Egyptian side with regard to the four axes," she said.
"The preparation of a visit to the representatives of the Iraqi state of the Central Statistical Organization to learn how to conduct the census, noting that Egypt is a pioneer in the field of population census, and committed to the census.
It is worth mentioning that the four axes that Al-Saeed talked about included "voluntary national reports, budget programs and performance, electronic monitoring system and how to eliminate the phenomenon of slums through social housing programs." Finished 29 / m
