Member of the House of Representatives, Hisham al-Suhail, Saturday, a conference of parliaments neighboring countries culmination of the success of Iraqi diplomacy, pointing out that it silenced the mouths that accuse Iraq of dependency.
Al-Suhail said in a statement received by Mawazine News that "Iraq was able through the President of his parliament to link the steps of Iraq's diplomatic level advanced after months of mobility and visits to gather parliaments of neighboring countries in Baghdad for the stability and development of Iraq first and the region second."
He added that "this step is calculated for Iraq and its independent influential role away from the tendency of this state or that or for this or that axis," noting that "all the opponents at one table a major achievement has never been one by this step."
Al-Suhail explained that "Iraq by this step has given new evidence of its neutrality and silenced the mouths that accuse him of continuing to this or that side," stressing that "Iraq's new policy has become a difficult figure for everyone to deal with it likewise without prejudice to internal affairs."
Baghdad will host Saturday, April 20, at the invitation of Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, the conference of parliaments of the neighboring countries of Iraq under the slogan "Iraq .. stability and development" in the presence of the heads of parliaments of the six countries or their representatives.
