    The leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, called on Monday, the three presidencies to resolve the Nineveh Council and end what he called a "farce". This came in a tweet published on his account of the social networking site "Twitter". 
    The Ninewa provincial council is preparing to hold its meeting today, on the selection of a new governor despite the book of Parliament, which is required to hold the contract.
