Israeli analyst and academic Eddy Cohen said that Iraq was "on the brink" following developments in the region, including US-Iranian tensions.
"Iraq is on the brink and the information to Tatini from there does not bode well," Cohen said in a tweet on his Twitter account.
Germany and the United States have suspended military training conducted by their troops in Iraq following the escalation of tensions in the region.
The US embassy in Baghdad said the State Department had ordered "non-essential government employees" in Iraq to leave immediately amid escalating tensions with Iran.
The move comes amid heightened tension between the United States and Iran recently after reports that there are plans to Tehran to attack US forces in Iraq and Syria.
