    The Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Thursday, held its 21st session of the fourth parliamentary session, the second legislative term, for the first legislative year, reading, voting and discussing a number of bills, the most important of which is the vote on the draft Financial Management Law.
    Al-Nour News publishes the agenda of the 21st session Thursday, May 23, 2019 as reported by the Information Department, as follows:
    Read verses from the Holy Quran)
    First: Vote on the draft Financial Management Law. (Finance Committee). (53 articles).
    Second: Vote on the first amendment bill to the law of the civil printing presses No. (5) for the year 1999. (Committee on Culture, Information, Tourism and Antiquities, Security and Defense Committee). (Article 6).
    Third: Continuing discussion on the issue of housing crisis. (The Monitoring Committee for the Implementation of the Government Program and Strategic Planning).
    Fourth: Report and discussion of the proposed law of the first amendment to the law of elections of provincial councils and districts No. (12) for the year 2018. (Committee of Regions and governorates not organized in the territory, the Legal Committee). (4 article).
    The session is scheduled to begin at 1 pm today, but so far it has not yet been held.
