The situation of the children of Iraq and their suffering and their miserable childhood are not hidden in the extreme and not found in any part of the world and in any society, whatever its degree of poverty and underdevelopment. They are deprived of all the meanings and innocence of childhood that God has given them.

They were born under the whizzing of airplanes and shelling of guns, mortars, car bombs and explosive devices. They were terrified, terrified and worried with their mothers' milk. They grew up in need and poverty. They were subjected to various kinds of deprivation of luxury, to the loss of electricity and safe drinking water, and to the most basic elements of innocent childhood. Amusement park and sports stadiums emptied by the energies of childhood suppressed and if they are available, they are very few and miserable.

They lived in a vicious circle imposed by the security situation of the country, between schools and kindergartens and between their homes and there is no other refuge, where their families are forced to hold them between the walls of houses for fear of a stray bullet fired by the protection of a politician or a car bomb or an explosive belt detonated by a terrorist Laddin does not know any meaning of childhood and innocence Which has no fault in all of these conflicts. After our victory over terrorism and its defeat and the cleansing of our lands from its evils, the security situation has improved and we are pleased with our situation, especially in the situation of our children, but nothing has changed and their situation remains as it is. What did our children do and what they did to live this life and when they enjoy and play and enjoy their childhood and when they get their legitimate rights and when they have importance in the agenda of the government and the agenda of Parliament? Where is the solution and the hand of?

The solution is without doubt the government, which is a formal duty of the duties guaranteed by the Constitution is the father, the head of the family and must put within the strategic plans for reconstruction, development and investment a large area for our children and allocate part of the country's explosive budgets and therefore the most basic left of their rights in the face of futile struggles witnessed by the country, We can summarize the things to be taken by the government:

1. The allocation of a large part of the state budget for the establishment of large projects for children, such as cities of modern games equipped with the latest electronic games and entertainment.
2. Building parks and large parks in all governorates with green spaces and recreational facilities for children and their families.

3. Establishment of animal parks equipped with all modern service facilities.

4. Provide security for our children especially in places of study and play.

5. To take care of schools and kindergartens and focus on developing the educational and vocational aspects of child-building and education properly and introducing modern technology in the means of education and means of clarification in line with the developments in the world.

6. Include kindergartens and schools in all stages with proper school feeding and non-reliance on school shops that are not subject to any health control to ensure the sound health of our children.

7 - Pay attention to the health status of children through the construction of modern hospitals specialized in pediatric diseases and equipped with all modern medical supplies and efficient staff to address the diseases prevalent in the country.

8 - Interest in the sports aspect through the establishment of stadiums and sports clubs equipped with the latest sports supplies and attention to school sports, which became almost canceled, where the distribution of sports and technical lectures on other lessons for the frequent official and non-official holidays in the country.

9. Develop the media and entertainment aspect of the child through the establishment of special institutions concerned with children and raise it and issue magazines and publications aimed at addressing the child and the development of specialized competencies to raise children in these institutions, taking into account the side of entertainment and thrill in developing the minds of children to keep them away from the cultures of violence and war.

10. Establish strict laws and regulations regulating the importation of toys and focus on useful games that develop their minds and ensure them entertainment at the same time and prevent the importation of toys that encourage violence, war and cruelty that affect the child's psyche and develop his spirit of aggression.

11. To embrace gifted children from childhood and in various fields of creativity and to provide institutions for talented people that work to develop these talents and blow out of their energies and highlight them in a way that benefits and benefits the community.

12. Provide private transportation for kindergartens and schools as is the case in most countries of the world.

These demands are the most basic of the rights of our children, which the government must provide them and work to accelerate their implementation and the development of special studies for their implementation and the development of short-term plans in the short term and long term to make it a reality on the ground, and I do not think it is too much for our children, Which we count on to build our society a true civilized building devoid of any traces of violence, murder, sectarianism, destruction and terrorism.

And we demand that the government legitimate rights of our children, we hope to take quick and serious steps to achieve this, especially that the good things that God has blessed our country and many abundant and did not enjoy it for us and our fathers or grandparents because of the wars and situations that passed the country, and we want to deprive our children, May they taste these good things and enjoy them heal some of our surgeries and forget a little of our pain so that we can forgive them of our injustice and they are many, and make them the reason to close all the black records for the eyes of our children and the daughters of our lords walking on the ground.
