[rtl]Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halabousi discussed on Monday with the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Hamid al-Ghazi the transfer of powers to the provinces.[/rtl]


[rtl]The office of Halaboussi said in a statement received by "Trend Press" a copy of it, the latter "received the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, in the presence of First Deputy Hassan al-Kaabi, and discussed during the meeting coordination between the House of Representatives and the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in follow-up issues of common interest, From the Council ".[/rtl]


[rtl]The statement added that "the meeting discussed the issue of disengagement from a number of service departments from the federal ministries to the local government, and the need to accelerate the transfer of powers to the health and education and other services to promote the reality of projects and services provided to citizens.[/rtl]


[rtl]He pointed out that "the meeting touched on coordination between the committees formed in the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with the Standing Committees in the House of Representatives; to follow up issues of interest to citizens in all governorates and liberated areas, most notably the file of compensation."[/rtl]


[rtl]The statement pointed out that "the meeting comes within a series of meetings with the executive authority to follow up the public files of interest to citizens and overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of implementation, and praised the role of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers in the follow-up and rapid response to a number of issues."[/rtl]
