The popular crowd on Thursday issued an important clarification on a video of militants claiming to belong to it.

She added: "While we emphasize the preservation of the security of the state and its policies and respect for the laws and regulations, we call on everyone to verify the source of information and not to believe such false sections and information intended to mix the papers and hit the sovereignty of the state."
She added: "We also recall today that the popular crowd is an institution of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, carrying out orders and working in the official framework and does not have any other armed representation outside the scope of this concept."
