    The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced scholarships in three countries. 
    "The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations would like to announce the availability of 10 fellowships awarded by the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest / Romania to two doctoral students with two teaching assistants for each of the competencies mentioned in the declaration for a period of six months."
