MP on the reform coalition Abbas Aliawi, Saturday, the decision of the Federal Court to replace 14 deputies is not true, indicating that it is an attempt to react to prevent the House of Representatives from referring the presidency of the Court to retire.
"The movement of the House of Representatives to refer judges over the age of 70 years and the mandate of the Presidency of the Federal Court for more than ten years for retirement to push the court to issue a decision to replace 14 deputies," pointing out that "the decision to replace is a reaction, A real decision ".
He added that "the Electoral Commission has confirmed that the House of Representatives during the current session is a balance between males and females and there is no problems in the issue of quota," noting that "the replacement of deputies will not include everyone but there are two or more deputies will be replaced."
The MP for the construction coalition Fadel al-Fatlawi, the day before yesterday, the Federal Court responsibility for the replacement of 14 deputies within the House of Representatives, while the replacement of deputies is a serious phenomenon and will affect the political process.
