    [rtl]"Because of the lack of diplomatic relations between Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE, Iraqi officials have decided to move this proposal on behalf of Iran," Kandil said, adding that Baghdad could be seen as a message broker between Tehran, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Manama.[/rtl]

    [size=18]The Iraqi ambassador to Tehran revealed that President Barham Salih conveyed a message from Iran to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain regarding the proposal to sign the non-aggression treaty.

    The Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran Abbas Arajiji, speaking in a newspaper interview during his visit to Qatar last Wednesday on the "Non-Aggression Treaty," noting that "the idea we have provided for the signing of a non-aggression treaty between the Gulf States, and this idea in principle, we have details but we did not We are discussing it because we are waiting for a response from the countries of the region. " 

    "We raised this issue only two days ago during the meetings in Kuwait and Amman, and of course we have to give them enough time to study them," Araghji said. "But we have not received any negative reactions, which is a good thing."

    Iraq sends Iranian message to Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain


    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq, seeking to reduce tension between Washington and Tehran, is sending a message from Iran to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.
    "The government of Iraq is scheduled to convey Tehran's message on the signing of the non-aggression treaty with the Gulf states to officials of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain," Iraqi Ambassador to Iran Sa'd Abdulwahab Jawad Kandil said in a press statement.
