    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - 
    The visit of Kuwait's Amir Sabah Jaber al-Sabah to Baghdad is centered around two issues, two of which are not for the second time, MP Ahmad Mazhar al-Jubouri revealed on Wednesday. 
    Jubouri said that "the visit will be a completion of the path of positive movement between the two countries to end all differences." 
    He pointed out that "the visit will revolve around two issues, not the first of which is the file of agreements and borders and the activation of the donor conference in Kuwait to reconstruct the liberated cities of Iraq, with Kuwaitis confirming that the imbalance in its activation belongs to officials in the previous government, specifically the Ministry of Foreign Affairs." 
    Abizaid and Jubouri, "The second file is escalation in the region and we share the concerns of Kuwaitis, if something happens no one will be isolated from him, and we consider that the visit of the Emir of Kuwait is the most important political for Iraq in this sensitive period, and will resolve many things between the two countries."

    BAGHDAD - 
    A senior government official said on Wednesday that Iraq will discuss with the Kuwaiti delegation during his visit to Baghdad today. 
    "The Amir of Kuwait Sabah Jaber Al-Sabah arrives today, headed by a high-ranking Kuwaiti delegation of ministers and advisers at the invitation of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, who visited Kuwait last month," the official said. 
    He added that "the visit will be a turning point in relations between the two countries and the termination of prior understandings on the issues and issues between Iraq and Kuwait, in addition to a unified vision on the current crisis and escalation in the Gulf region." 
    He pointed out that "cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding are to be signed, focusing on maritime navigation, demarcation of the water and land borders, the Khawr Abd Allah file, joint oil fields, trade exchange and security cooperation between the two countries."
    He stressed that "the file of Iraqi debt owed to Kuwait is a judicial file, not political, as part of the losses suffered by Kuwait in the invasion of Iraq in 1990 for individuals and Kuwaiti citizens Iraq understands this, and can be discussed only to accelerate the closure completely to fold this page permanently. 
    He pointed out that "the prince will meet with the presidents of the Republic, parliament and the government, as well as a number of Iraqi officials and politicians also."
