Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Tuesday, the further development of international relations on the basis of interests and activating the participants, noting that Iraq today represents a package of large investment opportunities.
"Relations between Iraq and Kuwait are at their best and cooperation is continuing to resolve outstanding issues," Abdul Mahdi told a weekly news conference attended by Mawazine News.
