"Retirement" describes the conditions for beneficiaries to receive the pension of the deceased civilian and military
The Public Pension Agency confirmed that if the civil pensioner dies, the beneficiaries of the pension will be entitled to a pension as much as three or more if three or more quarters are in the case of two and a half if the beneficiary is one person and the pension is distributed equally to the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries of the civil pension are: husband, wife, father, mother, son or daughter, brother, sister, grandmother or grandmother, son and daughter of the son who died in the life of the pensioner.
She added: With regard to military retirement, if the pensioner dies, the beneficiaries are entitled to a pension insofar as it is in his life as a pension divided equally between them.
The beneficiaries of the military pension are: wife, mother, son, father, daughter, brother, sister or grandmother, son and daughter of a son who died in the life of the pensioner.
She pointed out that, except for the wife, son and daughter, a person must be entitled to depend on the pensioner upon his death.
