    BAGHDAD - 
    The House of Representatives, on Monday, the first reading of the draft law on freedom of expression and peaceful demonstration during its meeting today. 
    "The House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft law on freedom of expression and peaceful demonstration during its session today," a parliamentary source told Al-Maaloumah. 
    The House of Representatives voted during its meeting today to name the ministers of interior, defense and justice, which remained vacant since the formation of the government of Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in October, while rejecting the candidate of the Ministry of Education. 
    The parliament voted on candidate Najah al-Shammari as defense minister and candidate Yasin al-Yasiri as interior minister, while granting confidence to Kurdistan Alliance candidate Faruq Amin al-Shwani as minister of justice.
    While the House of Representatives refused to grant confidence to the candidate of the Ministry of Education Safana Hamdani, the third candidate submitted by the Arab project headed by Khamis Khanjar and rejected by parliament. Ending / 25 d
