Twitter has announced that it will hide tweets posted by political leaders on their accounts and violate the general policy of the site; the move is expected to affect the excessive activity of US President Donald Trump. Trump accused Twitter of censoring Democrats.
Like any content the company sees as offensive, the Twitter platform has decided to hide the tweets posted by political leaders on their accounts and violate the general policy of the site, but will keep these tweets on the public information network for the public good by enclosing specific notice with them blocking them from viewing them publicly; Show only if the user chooses to click on them.
Twitter also tweaks its algorithms, in order to minimize the importance of malicious tweets, so that it can be viewed by as few people as possible.
While Twitter has not announced that a particular politician was the reason for this decision, the fingers point to US President Donald Trump, the most popular Twitter politician with more than 61 million followers.
