      BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Hassan al-Fadas, a member of the parliamentary bloc of wisdom, said on Thursday that the two lists of names for special grades had reached the House of Representatives, pointing out at the same time that some of the names on the lists do not deserve to occupy the lowest posts in the country. He said in a press interview that "two lists of names nominated for special grades, arrived from the government to the House of Representatives," pointing out that "the first list of six candidates and the second is composed of 25 candidates." He added that "all names on the lists, nominated by political parties and blocs," noting that "the candidates are known for their party." "Some candidates do not deserve to be at the lowest level of employment and can not be awarded special grades because they are candidates from political parties," he said. He explained that "[/size]
